Founded and focused on Jesus Christ and his word, we point to the Bible as a book in which we find stories which promote virtues, as a book which supports and affirms those virtues, demands integrity, sensitivity and which encourages self-improvement and education for the weak and suffering and combats fanaticism. For us, the Bible isn’t a book of commands which have the intention of complicating our lives. We have to understand that there is a huge difference between living a life full of commands and a life which demonstrates the virtues which the said commands imply, the orders therefore serve to produce the virtues and not the virtues for the commands. In true Christianity, the biblical commandments have the purpose of conducting ourselves to live morally and never to stagnate in a life full of commandments and laws. Some examples of these virtues are: freedom, respect, love, trust, truth, integrity, mercy, faith, solidarity, fidelity, etc.
